Following the successful format of previous years it will start at Chartwell (NT), home to Sir Winston Churchill, which is located a few miles south of Westerham.
Two trailer parks will be arranged as usual.
You are invited to assemble from 9.30 and to make use of the restaurant for coffee.
Leaving at your leisure, Graham's route of 25 miles will take you through the delightful byways of West Kent, via Chiddingstone Castle. Here coffee will be provided, courtesy of Bonhams. You will be able to visit the house and see the unique collections including their Japanese lacquer display..
After coffee you will continue on to pass through the grounds of Stonewall Park , where you can stop and admire the gardens, and so to the magnificent grounds of Hever Castle. Here you can enjoy a picnic lunch around the cars or eat in one of the restaurants. There will be a special concession entry fee of £6 per person which includes entry to the house.
After lunch a short route will take you back to Chartwell for tea and a chance to look around the house and gardens before making your way home.
This is a relaxed and informal event with the sole purpose of enjoying your cars, the countryside and the company.
We do hope you will come, please complete the entry form and return it as soon as possible.
Entries will close at 80 cars or on 7th July, whichever is sooner.
